Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the application ("the App") operated by KC Lab ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides camera and media storage functionalities with privacy-focused features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws and regulations regarding recording others.

2. Data Security and Passcodes

The App includes a passcode lock feature designed to restrict access to the App.

• No Guarantee of Absolute Security: You acknowledge that the passcode feature is intended to deter unauthorized access but does not guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your data caused by lost devices, compromised passcodes, or advanced forensic techniques.
• Forgotten Passcodes: We do not store or have access to your passcodes. If you forget your passcode, we cannot recover your data.

3. Data Deletion and "Panic Code"

The App includes a "Panic Code" and/or "Auto-Wipe" feature designed to permanently delete data immediately upon entry or after failed attempts.

• Irreversibility: You acknowledge that data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once data is wiped, it cannot be recovered by any means.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the management and use of the Panic Code. We are strictly NOT liable for any loss of data resulting from the intentional or accidental entry of the Panic Code, or the triggering of the Auto-Wipe feature.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
